Delivery Policy

At Character.com we know that when you order online you want to receive your items as quickly as possible.  That's why if we receive an order before 2pm  - we pick, pack and post it the same day so you get to enjoy our great character clothing as soon as possible.

For All UK Deliveries

All UK mainland orders over £25 receive free postage.  This is sent via Royal Mail First Class and should normally be with you in 1 to 2 working days after despatch. (Please note if you need an item by a certain date it is recommended to use Special Delivery)

Royal Mail First Class:  £2.95 plus 50p for each additional item.  (Normally delivered in 1 -2 working days)

Royal Mail Special Delivery:  £7.95 plus £0.50 for each additional item (Orders before 2pm delivered by 1pm the next working day)

For European Deliveries

Royal Mail Airmail: £6.95 plus £1.00 for each additional item (Normally delivered in 3 - 5 working days)
