2. Promotional Period The Offer will run from 00:01am GMT on 16/12/2025 until 11:59pm GMT on 21/12/2025, inclusive ("Promotional Period").
3. The Offer 3.1. During the Promotional Period, customers will receive a 20% discount off the original price on eligible items.
3.2. Online: Prices are already marked down on the website to reflect the discount. No promotional code is required at checkout.
3.3. In-Store: The discount is available at the specific stores listed in Clause 4.1, excluding all outlet stores.
4. Eligibility & Locations

4.2. Product Exclusions: The Offer strictly excludes the following product ranges:
- Pokémon Trading Cards (All varieties)
- K-Pop Demon Hunters Merchandise
4.3. Stock Availability: This Offer is subject to stock availability. Tootonic Limited reserves the right to withdraw this Offer at any time without prior notice.
5. Combining Offers This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, voucher, or promotional offer.
6. Extended Returns & Exchanges Our standard returns policy has been extended for the festive period.
6.1. Extended Christmas Returns: For any items purchased on or after 31st October 2025, our standard 30-day returns period is extended. You may return these items for a refund or exchange until 31st January 2026.
6.2. Refunds: If you return an item purchased as part of this Offer, you will be refunded the actual amount paid for the item (the discounted price), not the original full price.
6.3. Exchanges: You may exchange items purchased as part of the Offer. If exchanging for an item of a different price, the difference will be calculated based on the price actually paid.
7. General Conditions
7.1. No cash or credit alternative is available for this Offer.
7.2. Tootonic Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the Offer at any time, without prior notice, if circumstances make this unavoidable.
7.3. The decision of Tootonic Limited in all matters relating to this promotion is final and binding.
7.4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
