Terms and Conditions: 20% Off Summer Collection
These terms and conditions apply to the "Summer Collection" promotional offer ("Offer") from Tootonic Limited, trading as Character.com. By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. The Promoter The promoter is Tootonic Limited, registered office: Unit 5, Celtic Trade Park, Bruce Road, Swansea, SA5 4EP, United Kingdom.
2. Promotional Period The Offer is valid from 09:00 GMT on Tuesday 15/09/26 until 23:59 GMT on Friday 18/09/26. Orders placed and codes entered outside of this window will not be eligible for the promotional discount.
3. The Offer
3.1. The Discount: The Offer provides a 20% discount on all full-price items within the Summer Collection (which includes Daywear, Swimwear, and Short PJs) when the promotional code 20OFFSUMMER is applied at checkout.
3.2. Exclusions: The code is valid strictly on full-price items within the specified Summer Collection. It cannot be applied to already discounted items, clearance items, or used in conjunction with any other promotional codes or offers.
3.3. Price Fluctuations: All prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout (after a valid code is applied) is the final price.
3.4. Availability: All items are subject to stock availability. We do not offer "rain checks" or discounted pricing on out-of-stock items once the promotion has ended.
3.5. Territory: This offer applies to UK customers only.
4. General Conditions
4.1. No Alternatives: No cash or credit alternative is available for this Offer. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before the start of the promotional period or to orders where the code was not entered at checkout.
4.2. Right to Withdraw: Tootonic Limited reserves the right to amend these terms or withdraw the promotion at any time (in whole or in part) without prior notice.
4.3. Final Decision: The decision of Tootonic Limited in all matters relating to this promotion is final and binding.
4.4. Statutory Rights: These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
4.5. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
