The competition is open to all UK residents;
At least one person must be aged 18 or over; Where any persons are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission;
Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to all customers visiting participating Character.com stores. No purchase is necessary to take part.
How to Enter:
One Santa plush will be hidden in each participating store every Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the promotional period. Customers must locate the hidden Santa in-store to win the daily prize.
Promotional Period:
The competition will run Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only, from November 28th to December 21st inclusive.
Prizes:
Each store will award one (1) prize per day during the promotional period.
Once the Santa has been found, the prize for that day is considered claimed and no further prizes will be available until the next eligible day.
Prizes are non-returnable, non-refundable and cannot be swapped or exchanged for cash or alternative items.
Winner Restrictions:
The same winner cannot win more than once during the entire competition period across any participating store.
If a previous winner attempts to claim on another day, the prize will be re-awarded to the next eligible participant who finds the Santa.
Verification:
Store staff may request reasonable proof of identity to verify winners and to ensure compliance with the “one win per customer” rule.
Fair Play:
Customers must not interfere with store displays, staff areas, or other customers while searching for the Santa. Any misconduct may result in disqualification.
Changes & Cancellation:
Character.com reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond reasonable control make this necessary.
Liability:
Character.com accepts no responsibility for lost opportunities to participate or claim prizes due to store closures, capacity limits, or unforeseen events.
