These terms and conditions apply to all promotional codes, discounts, and offers ("Offers") run by Tootonic Limited, trading as Character.com. By redeeming any Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2.2 Automated Flow Expiry: Automated flow discount codes (including welcome offers, abandoned cart codes, and birthday discounts) carry individual expiry periods as stated in the issuing email or SMS. Once expired, codes cannot be reactivated, reissued, or extended.
3.1 Full-Price Only (Default): Unless explicitly stated otherwise, automated flow discounts (e.g., the 10% Welcome Discount) apply strictly to full-priced items only and cannot be redeemed against sale, clearance, or outlet merchandise.
3.2 Campaign Restrictions: Offers specifically targeted at sale items (e.g., "Extra % Off Sale") apply strictly to designated sale lines and cannot be combined with full-priced items unless explicitly stated.
3.3 Non-Stackability: Promotional codes cannot be combined or stacked with any other discount code, promotional offer, site-wide sale, automatic bundle discount, or reward point redemption in a single transaction.
3.4 Fair Usage: Discount codes are limited to one use per customer or household unless explicitly stated as reusable.
4.1 Stock Availability: All items and promotional discounts are subject to stock availability. We do not offer price holds or "rain checks" on out-of-stock items.
4.2 Price Fluctuations: All prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout after a valid code is applied is the final price.
4.3 Territory: Promotional offers apply to UK customers and orders unless otherwise specified in the campaign terms.
5.1 Retrospective Application: Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders, previously placed orders, or orders where the code was omitted at checkout. No cash or credit alternatives are available.
5.2 Right to Withdraw: Tootonic Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or discount code at any time without prior notice.
5.3 Final Decision: The decision of Tootonic Limited in all matters relating to promotions and discounts is final and binding.
5.4 Statutory Rights: These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
5.5 Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
